Had to do some bush regen as a group today, wasn't feeling it so brunch was a Red Bull and a Ritalin, hahaha!
I figured tomorrow is for Ragrets, but it's 11:20pm and I have none of the sleepies, some Ragrets.

Got work in the morning but it's a brake job, so that's easy stuff assuming the aftermarket parts aren't terrible or wrong.
Last ones were terrible, at the top anchor point the three layers of steel weren't in line so it made the shoes rub on the drums.
Had to file in a proper radius so the shoes came home properly.

It's wild with all the potential faults you have to look for post Covid.

Just got an email to say that my rear hub has been posted, pretty happy as my Shimano one is sounding a bit weird.

We have received the signed contract from the buyers so we just need to sign. Reading it I then find the agent has snug into the contract that they can use images of the house sales and marketing. This of course without asking for permission before its sent to me to sign.

Slight dusting of natures cocaine last night. Found one of the drum shafts on the sander is pretty fucked. Of course you can’t get just the 4.5” long 1” shaft. Welding it back up and machining it back down. Thankfully my BIL has a full machine shop. Cool story brah

Poop volume was surprisingly high this morning after the clean-out. Also I wasn't sure how my energy level would feel this morning so I hit the treadmill for the easy bailout, but I got 9 good miles done.

Morning Monkeys.

Supposedly the missing parts folks will reach out today about the fork and order another because I told them it was pointless to box up the bike and return it because the fork is wonky. Worst case I just buy a cheap fork and call it a day.

It's also my Friday and I'm out all next week. My boss is gone for 6 weeks, so that should be fun.

Trying to figure out how to transform a multifaceted problem into a simple, visual representation of the path to a solution. This is, frankly speaking, almost as difficult as the problem itself.

Pardon my ignorance. What's the difference between range and stove?
range specifically refers to the cooktop for pots, skillets, etc. oven is the enclosed part used for baking, etc. stove typically refers to either the range (cooktop) or the entire unit (when both are present in a single unit).

range is more commonly used as the term for a standalone cooktop when it is not a unit with an oven, but is still technically correct for either configuration.

gotta love the english language.
