the big ones.me e-ruler is broken, what size wheels will he be derping on?
My personal V10 weighs less than that, and I don't have ENVE wheels. That's with all downhill components... and the tubes in.
Hey now... I'm not e-speculating!Happy to answer questions for you e-speccing, know-it-all retards interested in what it's really like down there.
My understanding is that guys have been running cut spikes (and perhaps full on spikes sometimes) in really dry dusty condition, as they apparently have better penetration and ultimate grip. And that way, if it rains, you don't have to change tireswhat's with all the mud-tires and cut spikes? they expecting rain down there, or do they just want beefy tires for prettier pictures?
Gwins and Ropolotos are better, and somebody other then peaty has the best looking bike for the first time in years. Although all three of them are head and shoulders above everybody elses so far. Gees looks incredibly boring and bland.Got to say, Peatys bikes always look the best out of all the worlds bike over the years.
Yeah, but yours probably isn't size XXXXXXL...My personal V10 weighs less than that, and I don't have ENVE wheels. That's with all downhill components... and the tubes in.
That's because America's new motto is "We're pretty good! We're pretty good!"Gwins has too much Freedumb®
Same with the Doss....i think that is just for PR...power meter may just be on for practice days and come off for race day.
https://docs.google.com/viewer?url=http://dirt.mpora.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/ScheduleRevised.pdf&chrome=trueIs there a schedule out for practice times and race times. I know they do not do a qualifier, but don't they usually have a timed run also?
Not to mention he probably doesn't need it to withstand 70ft jumpsYeah, but yours probably isn't size XXXXXXL...
Mine is a large, so it's probably not that far off...Yeah, but yours probably isn't size XXXXXXL...
Like I said, I don't have any non-DH parts on my bike... Am running Deemax wheels, dual ply wire bead tires and all the tough stuff. No crap on it.Not to mention he probably doesn't need it to withstand 70ft jumps
Nah it's definitely the other way around.power meter may just be on for practice days and come off for race day.
that weight is with their RAD proto air shockI run an air shock - they being sponsored by Fox don't really have that option yet (I think Fox DH air shocks still blow balls, right?). That's another .3lb.
I don't thing they'll use lighter casings but expect to see treads like the Highroller Semi-slick.Def could see alot of borderline light components though.
Maybe even EXO tires......?.....
Peatys bike from 09 worlds is in our showroom. 2841 mission st, Santa Cruz CA.I'm not convinced they were running stock v10's. I know they kept on saying they were running stock bikes but if I recall correctly they only ran those frames for that one race. Schladming was a couple of weeks later and none of them were running their world champs frames.
Seems like clever marketing to me. When did the V10 start coming with the two travel options?
Well I'll be damned.that weight is with their RAD proto air shock
