Would an E13 pulley fit on a MRP guide ?

I need a new pulley for my MRP and the distributor doesnt have them in stock yet so no go with my LBS.

Im about to place an order for other stuff on ChainReaction and noticed they have all sort of accessories for chain guides but they only have E13 pulleys.

They look pretty similar to me , anyone here has ever tried swapping them ? :think:
