hey i got a problem on my rear shock well its not really a problem i was looking at the spring and i grabbed it and started turning it, but i didn't know that the rear shock spring would turn.

Does this effect anything on the rear shock. please let em know cause i think i f*cked it up or something

every single shock i have felt the spring turns. i mean it doesnt hurt anything. its just turning against two metal pieces

well if you turned the collar on the rear shock and spring turned, you changed the preload on the rear shock,
if only the spring turned, you changed nothing, its ok if the spring turns

ya i just turned the spring the black spring on the fox vannilla rc its the shock on the norco six i didnt; touch the damper.
