They want to trade the SGS plus some extras.....Tough call because i love the imperial and the hubs, but it seems like a really decent deal and Ive been thinking about trading my bike lately for something comparable and high end....

Would you do this trade if you were me?

Thats what I dont know....im worried the SGS will feel like a big sloppy boat compared to the ultra stiff imperial....

I think you'd regret it. You sound a little wishy washy and I totally can see why, you've put a lot of money and time into building up the imperial the way it is now. Unless you're really unhappy with your build and you'd rather have the components on the SGS I'd keep the imperial untill I could afford a second bike or part it out for something you're really in love with.

well im meeting with him today. He sweetened the pot offering the sgs team plus 400$ cash, a new fullface, and some body armor......

I think the value of that bike now exceeds mine and ive been looking for a change, im gonna meet up, throw my leg over it and see if it feels natural

Nah, the Imperial is a keeper. The SGS is disposable. Just my $.02.
