How dare you try and remake Wargames! You cannot remake a classic such as this.

Are there anymore writers in Hollywood or just kids that only know how to use Wikipedia, find an old movie, and try to rewrite it?

The problem with these remakes is besides having a cool concept, they were very much a reflection of the times.

People are not so worried about the nuclear superpowers but Lulzsec stealing your CC number. Robocop was very much about Detroit's manufacturing failings.

Let me think for sec about good remakes: The Net could be redone. Soylent Green too.
