So I'm in Northbumfuk VT, aka Lyndonville, helping my brother move out of his dorm and tow his crap car back home since the only way you could drive it was backwards.

While waiting for him to finish up his last final me and my pops went to some diner and grabbed some lunch. So I'm eating when all of a sudden this familly walks in and I recognize one of the sons.

I couldn't remember his name at the time, but it was Luis Guzmán, and I thought it was funny because I was watching "The Count of Monte Cristo" a day earlier.

For you who don't know him by name, here's a pic

So anyone else run into any well known people in odd places?

I was out with a friend in LA a couple years ago and he knew the chick from Dharma and Greg used to play bingo at this one place. My friend worked on the set so he introduced me to her and her man. I can't remember her name, but she was funny as hell.

I've seen the dude from Angel a bunch of times in LA, as with John Lithgow.

my most famous sighting was muhammed ali at the cincinnati airport (he was on one of the cart things, being driven). didn't look in good shape. :(

not really famous in some circles, but i did see and talked w/ lee renaldo (sonic youth gtr) at the art institute of chicago a day before they played at the riviera.

also ate dinner in a toronto restaurant when mariah carey and her entourage waltzed in.

oh yeah, sat a couple rows away from stephen king at a red sox game (patriot's day game).

one last one...my brother-in-law is friends w/ and grew up down the street of one america's wealthiest families (the johnsons of fidelity investment renown); they were at his wedding. abby's the 31st richest person in the world, and her father ned is the 85th.

......VT is a good place to see a bunch of em! Lived there for over 20 years & saw them a bunch. Steve Tyler, Michael J Fox & others own summer homes there. Chevy Chase filmed Funny Farm in my home town (Windsor) & I used to work for Charles Bronson on his horse farm (named after his daughter Zuleika) for a number of years. BTW...he (CB) has a sweet motorcycle collection there....road bikes, trailbikes & some sweet trialsbikes even....too crazy.

My ex girlfriend took me to a small dinner party last year, and Rick Springfield was there...we exchanged a few words, I thought he was a snobby dick.

Edit: Almost forgot about one that's mtb related: While riding up Sisar road here about 6 years ago we came up to a guy looking at his bike, and he needed an 8mm allen to tighten his cranks (which I didn't have) It was Ted Levine, who played Buffalo bill on Silence of the Lambs! Guess he used to live up here. (I wanted to ask him to say "was she a big fat person" but didn't have the nerve....

Yeah, Michael J. Fox used to eat at a diner in the town next to mine (the Burger Den)...people would see him there all the time.

I once sang in a backup choir for Rosemary Clooney (White Christmas chick) and Debbie Boone ("You Light Up My Life"). I have also met several NASCAR drivers too.

I sat at a able next to Roger Clemens at the Hard Rock Cafe in Boston some 10 years ago (he was still on the Sox). I was too chicken schit to ask for an autograph. Besides, I hear celebrities hate to be bothered while they are dining.
