After downloading IE7 and installing it, I restarted. My colors were way oversaturated. I calibrated it, but found that's not the issue. I then uninstalled IE, thinking maybe it caused this and restarted. They are still glowing.

Any ideas as to what happened? Maybe my monitor is losing it? It's a 21" trinitron.

edit: maybe I'm losing it? Facebook is soo blue.

It ended up being video card driver issue... I have a nvidia 8500GT and updated the driver recently, and didn't even think about it.
