you think they're arming them?

Yes, they are arming Russia and now it looks like they are also supplying troops.

One of the deals was food for armaments. You give us food and we give you weapons.
I think they should be investing in feeding themselves first as opposed to arming a foreign nation. When Russia no longer needs the weapons, they will then have idle munitions plants and starving people and no capacity to feed them.

Can you turn 155mm artillery shell plants into food production facilities easily?

“We would have children who’d been shot by drones, children who’d lost limbs from blast injuries, children with single bullet wounds to the head where they’d clearly been deliberately shot and this just happened day after day.

“Many patients didn’t survive and many of those we operated on subsequently died.”

A lack of resources and sanitation meant many wounds became infected fairly rapidly, with Dr Mamode adding: “I saw several wounds with maggots in.”

He added: “The targeting of aid and medical workers was absolutely astonishing – ambulances were being shot when they were going out to rescue people from a bombing.

“Medical aid is not being let in and there are bizarre restrictions like no soap and shampoo for a million and a half people crammed into this small area.

“I’ve never come across a conflict where people are just penned in and then bombed.

“What’s happened and is still happening in Gaza should not be visited on any other population in the world at all.”

I wonder how much damage Trump and his unhindered agenda will do to the economy over the next four years. How dark will it get? Deportation. giving Ukraine to Russia. Telling China we will not defend Tiwain. High tariffs on imported goods. ect

It'll take a while, policy and changes aren't overnight...you have to give it a few years.

Unlike the traditional MLRS rockets, the ATACMS, fired out of the same vehicle, is GPS-based. They had this problem with the initial MLRS stuff that Ukraine was given that had changed over to GPS guided "precision" rockets, not to mention anti-missile missile systems. GPS signal is very weak, so it doesn't take many watts to overpower or spoof it. Hopefully they got a way to launch drones or AGM-88s at the source of a GPS jammer...but that could be even deeper in enemy territory...which would take a comprehensive approach to defeating anti-aircraft assets to have freedom of the skies...but Ukraine definitely doesn't have the assets for that. Be interesting to see what, if any, effect this has. It may be more of a gesture than help at this point.
