F-16 is 5 years younger, but at least a generation ahead when it was introduced, not to mention now. By the time we were introducing the F-16 we realized swing-wing was a dumb idea. If it's a HIMARS/MLRS JED/JEL round (bomblets), there's a good chance the planes that "look intact" are swiss-cheese up close. Such is the dispersion pattern with that.
There is a lot of speculation as what was used as on paper the Ukrainians have nothing with the range to perform that attack. However there were a handful of large craters sighted so it was probably single munitions. Probably safe to assume than any airplane that hasn't already flown out of there is damaged.
