Looks like Russia has moved away from Wagner's suicide attacks and is reverting back to regular army offensives.

They lost over 31 tanks and armored vehicles on that attack.Holy fucking definition of insanity...
Kinda like how we think we'll make things better by just having more guns. Eventually it'll work, right? They lost over 31 tanks and armored vehicles on that attack.
When has such comic and musical genius been in one place at the same time?Isn't that the benny hill theme song?
When you flipped about about me or someone else saying the benny hill theme, and reminded everyone that it was actually called yakkity saks.....I did that thing. I consulted the youtube.I am sure I would hate it now so I will never watch it ever again
and bouncy fleshy bitsIt took Benny Hill to put it together with the chase-scenes it was meant for.

never discount the inherent value in bouncy fleshy bits....
Putin: russia didn't start the military activities, but is trying to end them.
I am assuming the Vuhledar video confirms that.

Sti’s like me in my mid twenties. A little too extreme and myopic.I don’t think I want to know what the Ukranian losses have been, but I’m sure Sti knows.
chasin' that initial high baby!
My hope is less than 1/10th of the russkie filth, my guess is more than 1/4th.I don’t think I want to know what the Ukranian losses have been, but I’m sure Sti knows.
This is the bigger goal that Putin has been talking about for years, reunite the soviet union. This is not good, Moldavia is next. https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/moldovan-president-warns-russian-plot-topple-leadership-2023-02-13/
Actually, those Baltic states will *not* be easy. And I suspect Putin is not quite *that* stupid. This is the bigger goal that Putin has been talking about for years, reunite the soviet union.
Ukraine is the hardest to take over, Belarus basically has bent over and let Putin take them over, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia will be easy.
If he can crush Ukraine, all bets are off.Actually, those Baltic states will *not* be easy. And I suspect Putin is not quite *that* stupid.

A million Germans were imprisoned and about 100,000 killed resisting the Nazis. Russians seem to excel in compliance.Like the Dombas Putin's had a hard on for trying to fuck that area over for a few years now, starting with astroturf "resistance/separatist" fighters and then followed by actual troops to support the "Brave ethnic Russian's" in the area.

I mean... if he could crush Ukraine you'd think he would have done it by now. He *can* crush Moldova, I suspect. He'd have to be next-level suicidal to invade the Baltic states. If he can crush Ukraine, all bets are off.
If he can crush Ukraine, all bets are off.
True. Relying on allies like Germany, France and Turkey is super risky. If he can crush Ukraine, all bets are off.
As is Latvia, methinks.Lithuania and Estonia are full NATO members
Any attempt attacking them would result in the destruction of the Russian army, or the planet. As is Latvia, methinks.
It wasn't exactly a bright moment in Finland's history.
I am not so sure anymore. There's precedent.Any attempt attacking them would result in the destruction of the Russian army, or the planet.
It isn't. The horseshoe is real, particularly in the case of support to Ukraine and that is hardly an issue only in Germany. The far left and right wing as well as libertarian types can find common ground here and they love to conflate it with whatever position they take in the culture war. Case in point:The fact that they got support from AfD, a radical far-right party, is ironic. Or is it?
You must have me on your ignore list. I posted that yesterday already.Meanwhile in Germany, the German left keeps doing what it has been doing for decades - siding with the fascists in russia. All these righteous cunts should just pack their shit and move to russia.

Just before the first anniversary of Russia's war against Ukraine, there is a new peace initiative. At the top: Sahara Wagenknecht and Alice Schwarzer. "Some of you are probably surprised," said Alice Schwarzer, who circulated on Twitter in a video showing her "shoulder to shoulder" with Sahara...newsunrolled.com

Luckily there are other politicians in Germany who challenge this BS, but this is exactly what Putin is betting on. Peace for our time!

I find this interesting because Unherd is the type of media company / publisher that would probably describe its audience as some mix of centrist / classically liberal / conservative, but they tend to amplify voices like Sacks and Mearsheimer, when you would expect them to be anti totalitarian. I listened to one of their live events that featured Konstantin Kisin, and I think the only reason that he is the outlier and strongly supports Ukraine is due to personal connections and actually knowing what's going on in Russia and Ukraine first hand. It's quite disconcerting how many self described liberals (in the Euro sense) fall for conspiracy thinking and oppose support for Ukraine.
