Am i going to have any luck finding a fork for a bike (Old school pre-trek Klein) with a 1" steerer tube?

i'd appreciate any help here peeps. I currently have an old judy on it from before the crowns were pressed on.

do y'all think it would be possible to just send the legs back to have them rebuilt? if i can't find a decent 1" replacement?

You may be better off rebuilding the fork, you can still find aftermarket parts for them like the Total Air upgrade. They still make kits for the older Judys. Also you can do an aftermarket cartrage (white Bros, Risse, some still exhist) and some new springs.

Marzocchi makes a 1" MX Comp, or something along those lines. Here it is on jenson:

the marzocchi 1" fork is your best bet, throw a 1" threadless headset in there and call it good

Crazy question...Would it be possible to perhaps cut out the 1 1/8th steertube and weld on a 1 inch tube? Thinking about it, you'd probably be risking breaking the crown off the tube but could it be done?
