I am heading to my bro's house this weekend. He lives less than a half mile from Spring Mt. Does anyone know if the trails are still rideable there?

I know I'm a little late with the reply (maybe you'll visit your bro again soon), but I ride Spring Mtn. once a week and the trails are definitely still rideable. Some of the ladder bridges need repair, but you can still ride everything. Gotta ride or push up (no lift service). Never crowded.

Sorry I missed you. We had a blast. That place still rocks. I went on an XC bike 'cause my bro is not a seasoned rider and he wanted to climb. I still had a blast. I did some of the old DH courses. I really miss racing/freeriding there.
The only thing to watch out for is that some of the wooden stunts are rotted out. My front tire went right through a couple of planks, and some of the trees supporting the stuff have shifted making things unsafe. Other than that, the trails are in great shape.
