just put a set of xx world cup brakes together, both before and after the preliminary bleed the levers feel "sticky" and are slow to rebound to full extension. is this normal?

edit: they do not drag the rotors either, seems to be just the lever with the issue

are they "sticky" when you apply the brake?
its not normal. i just tried the XX and X0 brakes we have in our shop and neither do that.

they are sticky when you apply the brake. the lever feels really slow to extend out. i think the bleed is good, the brakes grab fine, the levers just seem to rebound really slowly.

sounds like it needs to be re-bled. do the levers feel a bit mushy too?
