One can only hope he'll have to find a new team to sit on the bench for, stuffing his fingers up his nose.buh-bye, yankees.
will georgie pordgie really fire Torre like he threatened?
Some really good closers couldn't hurt either.Maybe instead of firing Torre they should hire a couple decent starting pitchers.
I don't recall the Indians scoring any runs after the 4th inning. Some really good closers couldn't hurt either.
How'd the other games turn out??? All runs weren't scored early then, were they???I don't recall the Indians scoring any runs after the 4th inning.
actually, it is my hometown. been living out here for pretty much all of my life though.you sound like you're from Boston.
Yeah, he was useless.Boy this first round of AL games couldn't have gone much better. The Curse of the A-Rod is alive and well.
see, that''s the thing about Boston fans, they're indoctrinated from birth. I wouldn't be surprised if the repeated anti-Yankee teaching from generation to generation hasn't seeped down to the genetic level...actually, it is my hometown. been living out here for pretty much all of my life though.
Yeah, well you park in handicapped parking spaces. The Yankees SUCCCCCK!!!!!
Clemens sure will after this season. Mr. Lame Leg should just be put out of his misery.Yeah, well you park in handicapped parking spaces.
To their credit, they have been better about holding onto their top prospects the last couple of seasons. In the past, they would have traded away the likes of Phil Hughes and Joba Chamberlain to land the best available player at the trade deadline. Keeping those young guys may hurt them now, but the Yankees will be better off in the long run. The assholes. They have gotten lazy and have been trying to buy talent to win the games. Big mistake. Teams win games not star players, especially when they've been hired after they peak.
No one else in my family is a Boston fan.see, that''s the thing about Boston fans, they're indoctrinated from birth. I wouldn't be surprised if the repeated anti-Yankee teaching from generation to generation hasn't seeped down to the genetic level...

you're just preaching the case of genetic variability. kinda like the occasional blonde or redhead in a family with a long line of brunettes. unless your family had a milkman years ago...No one else in my family is a Boston fan.

Sabathia got frikkin lit up.Sabathia was f'ing scary in the 2nd, striking out the side. Got wild in the 3rd though, and the Sox dropped 4 runs on him to go up 5-1.
His contol went to hell, and the Sox unloaded on him. 10-2.Sabathia got frikkin lit up.
you kidding? I'm rooting for the Rockies now!It does crack me up how many Yankees fans wanted the entire Cleveland team to die in a plane crash last week, whereas now they are all rooting for the them
