Arent you usually supposed to get an inflation raise each year depending on the consumer price index?

Are you serious? That would be nice, but a typical raise is like 2.5% and i doubt most people even realize that there pathetic little raise (golgiaparatus not included) isn't even keeping up with inflation.

Boss: "Good job employee #14256789. You made me 4 gigilian dollars...errrr... you did a great job. So good news you get a 2.5% raise a a 1% bonus!

Employee: Thanks boss. Hows the new luxury yaht. Maybe if I keep doing a great job... errr... paying for your yaht, I could get out of debt.

Oh, thats kinda stupid. My job sucks, So i left it, i only got a 1% team bonus and that was split with like 30 other people... and i only got 7 dollars and hour.
