the stem was for use with Clip on Triathlon aero bars. Ruth also has long legs and a short torso. I will probably get her a new stem once we are sure the knee will hold up

Damn someone turned down the thermostat last night. Saturday was a nice 65* and Sunday was 42* with a breeze. We rode anyways, on a nice flat out and back to see how Ruths knee would do. We kept the pace at between 15-18 mph and stayed out for an hour. Well 3 hours post ride and no swelling no pain
