Good idea. Let me know if you find anything. I just find different things to do on Youtube but you are maybe a bit more serious than me. I do love not having to go to the gym and just workout at home.
if you can, get your hands on the yoga DVD from P90X. its about an hour and a half and its a real hard yoga routine.
also, if you have cable, check out your on-demand stuff. to change things up i'll occassionally do a 45 minute to hour long yoga routine from the free exercise shows on my on-demand menu. it may not be bike specific but any core work helps IMHO, and it's free.
