Anyone out there ever have Yoshida sauce. i re - found it in Costco by me in NYC. This stuff is outrageous!!!!!
last night i took wild samon soaked in in the sauce for about 1 1/2 hrs<as I went on a ride>. Placed it in the broiler for about 12 minutes. mmm damn it was good, got a nice crust on it and was cooked perfectly inside. I also added some suace to the stirfry I made with it... Yummie

This stuff is great on anything.. steak, chicken you have to try it!!

It is good stuff though, sticks to the grill more so then others, but who cares its yummy.

my usual treatment for steak is a bit of olive oil, some fresh ground salt and pepper, and sometimes some chopped thyme.

Its really good, we put it on our salmon tonight. We get it at costco too.
