What's up everyone? Just here to introduce myself. I recently got back in to biking after a few years off and am glad to be back. This site looks pretty cool and comes highly recomended.

Anyway, I'm riding a Giant VT1 now and loving it, just got back from a ride a little while ago actually. When I was biking back in the day I was on a hardtail. Wow does the VT1 ROCK compared to that old thing. I'll post a pic of the bike when I'm able to scrounge up more batteries for my camera.

If anyone knows of some good trails in the Eastern Massachusetts area I could use a few tips. Later!

Welcome man!
Yes, the VT's rock...i've ridden a handful and they are lovely. I'm not sure how far you are away from the Vietnam trails, but they are definetly worth checking out. Someone on here could give you more info...

Thanks guys. I'm close to the Viet Nam trail but am not sure how to get to the trails. I just got back from a ride in the Lynn Woods which are pretty close also.

as far as trails, lynn woods is awesome, way too much fun to be had there, but im sure you are starting to see some of the trails, its rather rough out there. there is also vietnam, located off of exit 20 on I-495. also up there with lynn woods. there is the fells which is also right there in lynn. tons more trails to list, but you are better off going to www.bustedspoke.com. primarily all riders from massachusetts, connecticut, rhode island, new hampshire, vermont and maine. you can check out their ride board and hook up with people if you are new to the area.

Jim comes highly recommended, he's my best buddy, all the way back to high school. Got him finally hooked up with a new bike when he was out in Cali visiting earlier this year, and he's back baby! We used to ride in HS, waaaay back when.
Treat him nicely, or I'll come knockin' on your door Stosh! :)
Welcome Jimmy! Now post a damned pic of your bike already! Sheesh...
