Do you want to save the video as plain audio? I think that will require another step on your end, to remove the video.

Saving youtube videos to audio files is super easy.
You can go to websites like listentoyoutube.com (i think i used that one) and they will convert the file to mp3 so you can save it and import it into iTunes...

The best stream ripper solution I've found is flashgot though it won't strip the audio tracks from video files and it only works in firefox:
