I don't know exact numbers but what I heard from friends and read in the forum quite a few people had problems. I even know of a few cracked lowers. Buddy lost his Freecaster on day 1 in pds then the next day the fork was stuck down...

Well, remember with forums, people generally only post to report problems, so they don't necessary represent the population.

I had no problems with the customer service at YT when I dealt with them, and the BOS equipment on my bike so far has been trouble-free. Stellar, great-looking bike. Attracts attention wherever it goes, due to its rarity here in the US.

I'd consider dealing with them again when it comes time for an Enduro bike.

Yt cs is excellent compared with other brands. I know about the "attracts attention" part too. When I was in pds 2012 with the then limited you stand in the lift qeue without somebody asking about the bike.

I've smugly been saying the same thing since 2009 :D
I'm sold on them too......I want my next bike to have a Bos setup too (Deville fork, Kirk shock).

The 11.12.13 build is awesome, but I like my Pro better as well. Plus, YT botched the whole ordering process for the LTD last year. This year they wouldnt ship until März 2014 as well......thats a long time to wait for a bike after you've put the money down.
