If you can't find anything, a shiny new Manitou Mezzer will let you change the travel without buying a new shaft.

Zeb has a larger internal bore, so Lyrik/Pike won't drop straight in.

Buuut, I have a 170mm Zeb air spring assembly that the shaft itself got damaged (shitty shaft clamps).
If you have a 160mm RS air shaft from Lyrik/Pike, and can measure the total length, I can measure the 170mm ZEB shaft to see if the 160mm Lyrik shaft is the correct length for a 160mm ZEB.

I can send you the piston/seal head/spacer/foot nut as I have a few shafts and have no need for them.

Voila, 160mm ZEB air spring!

There is apparently one left at all the Canadian distributors, so we'll see if it shows up.

I must have called a dozen bike shops this morning. A few didn't know what a rockshox zeb is and the rest didn't even offer to put one on order. Frustrating...

The only thing they share is shaft diameter.

You could try getting a Domain (38mm) air shaft in the travel you need and then unscrewing and swapping the air pistons (they are different) but other than that you're limited in options that don't involve machining.

So I accidentally ordered the wrong fork for the new frame - ordered 180mm instead of 170mm, derp.

I have a 170mm air shaft from my older Zeb, which is 27.5. Will it work in a 29er fork?

Correction: I ordered the correct fork and it looks like they sent me a 180 travel fork with a shorter air shaft in it. Not that I care, new is new, but damn at least mention that on the invoice or packing slip....

No one likes it when someone slips in a shaft without telling you. Hopefully they at least applied the correct lubrication.
