Ya and only 400 or so acres. House is nice, but not that nice. Depending on what you value the home at, he’s asking $50k/acre. That’s fucking stupid. Recreational land here typically goes for $7-9k/acre. I have watched some in a bidding war go for $15-16k/acre but no where near that.
Does it come with the collection of shiny helmuts?

Sounds like there's cow trails to chase already. Probably all sorts of pre-historic and historic archeology laying all over the place. When I was doing archeology stuff in Wyoming, one gig was looking for and cataloging all the things on a 20k dude ranch the National Guard had bought for a war playground.

We found some cool stuff and got to hike around in all sorts of crazy landscapes. I would imagine this is similar.
