That "might" already be in this thread somewhere, I think it was built by a family that owns(ed) a bunch of car dealerships, can't remember which...

edit: Weird, seems like it's these two combined but at increased cost:

edit2: @Toshi should buy it and re-open his own ski resort.

Must be an old photo, I don't see any woopoo in the driveway. Also, I can see the driveway.
Looks like the 3D view is more recent, but I take it there is a lot more now?

Should be fine so long as the structural engineer did his job.
Agreed, most modern roofs are either trusses or gluelam beams and any pitch can handle the snow load with proper design.

It's good that the outside walls are fireproof looking at the mitigation work that's been done and not built of kindling or anything easily flammable...

edit: That is a beautiful part of the world though.
