In the cleavage of the Tetons
Alright, guys, I FINALLY found my dream property in Teton Valley, Idaho. I honestly, truly have been hoping a small property would come up for sale there since I moved here. It’s across from one of the best riding zones in the state (Horseshoe Canyon). I started building trail across from this property in 98/99. (It’s basically surrounded by FS land). Almost all of those trails have been adapted into the legal trail system, it was a huge mtb. victory for us. It actually is where I have requested to have my ashes scattered, and my dogs ashes have been scattered there since ‘04.
Well, this isn’t the type of property that I had in mind.
The house is irrelevant.
I would probably have another 7-10 miles of singletrack built, and open for public use.
So, if you all love me, can you please pitch in some $$$?

Property is huge, basically where my big dumb arrow is.

That’s what you need to own, 3,000 acres of land.

Well, if I had $35MM in my couch cushions for the property, it would be equally likely that I also would have $2-3MM for annual maintenance.
Besides, I would have a flock of free-range almonds trees or some shit, so it would be a ‘working ranch’.
When I had 250 acres in camp Sherman it turned into a literal 20 hour work week just to keep up on things, piling, burning, mowing, plowing, irrigation blah blah.

yeah, not doing that again
