I surprised my self a little by getting on the bike today , but I did, felt really tight at first.

we went out for a small unch ride , 3 of of Me ,MSJ and Bob , Bob quickly broke his derailer hnager and headed back.

so SMJ and I headed over to Little chauncy Pond , where they have put in a new plank/pallette system to take care of MUD !

IRB: this was in that section that was just a muddy quagmire . they did a little work on it.

Unfortunately, this is true.

My balance is getting better though. It takes years to develop good balancing skills and I am in my 4th year of MTB.
