We wanted to thank those who came out for the final day of the 2010 Sinister Bikes Vietnam Trail Care Series. 15 people come out for what turned out to be perfect weather for working on the trails. It included the regulars of Eammon, Mike, Steve, John G, and Dan. We were joined by Matt, Ben T, Peter, Dave and some first time trailbuilders Ben O, Kyle, Drew, Jason and Kevin.
We worked on a re-route of the tail end of the Linkin Logs trail. This included 2 new log rides, a re-route of a rock trail feature, and what will eventually be a fast flowing new section. The new section is not yet open and we don't expect it to open until Spring 2011.
Ben T. pruning around what will be become a log ride
The exit of the log ride takes you right into the rock trail feature. Dan and Peter help with the approach to the rock. Ben T. continues pruning.

Kyle, Jason, Kevin, Drew, Dan, and Matt in the final stages of dirting the new approach
The new section of trail after the rock. A gradual downhill to another log ride. Good speed section once we bench the trail.
Eammon, Ben T, and Matt admire the new line to the ridge where the others are raking out the trail
The second log ride all finished
After the trail work we all enjoyed a pizza feast at Pizza 85 in Milford (http://www.pizza85.com/). We then did the drawing for the Sinister Gruitr frame. Volunteers were entered into the drawing for each time they attended a trail day. Drew's number was drawn and is the winner of the Guitr frame. Congratulations Drew!
We would like to thank all the volunteers who gave up riding time to work on the trails. A special thanks goes out to Bruce @ Sinister Bikes for his support of the hard work done in Vietnam. Thanks Bruce and Sinister!
