Wifes new bike. After 2 years of pain on a special ed not-so-hotrock hardtail I figured I'd let her find out what it's like to ride a real bike. Not that the Sport model Hollowpoint is the equivalent to an Intense 5.5, but for $1000 buck it's ok. XT group, HFX 9 Disc, Maxxis meat. I took off the 489mm stem and put on a short stem and some hi-rise bars and her special seat
Took off the ET style SPD's and put on some ole Wellgo platforms I had lying around. Had to take the whole rear end off to properly route the hydraulic rear disk brake cable so I wouldn't have to break the line. Supergo has no idea in the world how to route cables. The thing was like a rats nest when I got it. The manitou shock is whacky, the manual mentions nothing about air pressure, just pump it up till you get the sag you want![Rolleyes  ](/images/smilies/xrolleyes.gif)
Anyhow, heres some porno and knuckles bike shop. I've got a slight problem with seats
But hey, at least I can say I got more seats than you right? :eviltongu
