They were advertising BMX racing on NBC yesterday... The ad said "this isn't your dad's olympics". I bet they show it...
Last time NBC showed the Olympics on NBC, MSNBC and Universal HD (at least, there may be more). With pretty much it being all Olympics on Universal HD. They will probably show it there. Check their schedule online when it gets close.

If NBC thinks a US rider will win the Gold medal.
Or if there is some "make a bitch cry" sob story that Bob Costas can dramatize for us.
Say the mother of one of the racers is a blind bipolar midget riddled with gout, who worked 4 jobs so her son could realize his Olympic BMX dream.
If she dies leading up to the event, it may even be on prime time.
