I responded to a medical aid call while in the Fire department. Blood all over the bed, the dude was in total pain, bloody towel and ice pack on his dick. I had to do the assessment. not fun. We sent him to the hospital for surgery to get the ruptured blood vessels "fixed"
"Our guy" was going at it vigorously and popped out, the next forward motion missed both holes and the dick folded in half causing the blood vessels to rupture.
