Here. Family reunion event is today. Up a bunch last night coughing up brown shit from my lungs. I lost my voice around 7pm because my throat was so torn up, so hopefully I have a voice by 3:30pm today. Wifey started coughing last night, which leads me to believe that she did not start taking the Tamiflu. She was told specifically that she cannot drink while taking it and that will be a guaranteed pushback (as previously addressed) to taking it.

I found out a few things about her grandma's trust (ie accounts and the farm) yesterday that explain a lot about why so much beverage consumption occurs by certain people during these events. My getting the CFP (pending still) sounds like the grandkids generation ttee conversation is going to be reopened. It also explains why there are a few family members who were very excited that I passed and others who have been more meh*. Fucking family drama. Guess that's what happens when there are 7 kids in the parent generation and a lot of money at stake.

Im just ready to stop hacking shit up and go home.

Hello all. Up to keystone to pick up elder girls from camp. Found out that for $75/kid/way we can drop off and pick them up at the Dino lots. Doing that for sure in upcoming years

there are hundreds of road bikers on some group ride on the road/trail paralleling I-70. Passing Georgetown now and still haven’t seen the front of the group. No bibs but escort cars etc. Still more at Silver Plume yet.

It's more about what the hierarchy for ttee's is. The older grandkid generation (Wifey's) has a lot of financial knowledge or support accessibility (self, a bond analyst, etc.). That whole group was pushed to the bottom. The group at the top are all 7yrs+ younger, useless degrees and employment experience, etc. but all have the commonality of being kids of the "access it now" family lines.

How you holding up @eric strt6?
(Edit - looks like I posted just as Eric did)
I think I’m going out to get some espresso today. Two more days of masking up per county guidelines. My head is still kinda wonky and full of congestion, though I just took a shower which seemed to clear out a bunch of snot.

Feeling so much better , down to two more doses of Paxlovid. Just tested myself, still showing positive for covid but only the occasional cough remains ( and that horrible paxlovid aftertaste)
make sure you give the ol' nose a really thorough cleaning before testing again at the end of your Paxlovid course. might be some residual old positive mucus in there otherwise.

Had a dream that ridemonkey became an assisted living info site and forum.
The reviews section was mostly for recliners.
I did order up a massage chair the other day. it does recline into a lovely sounding "zero gravity" position

returning to fetal position and being kneaded by motors I shall be
