Much funz were had at annual Conservatory wine festival up with the monocled folk at the Broadmoor where I once again consumed no wine, but lots of liquor.

Double header of kids birthday parties today. First one was my son's 4th, went very well, much fun was had. Now a quick nap, then party #2 @ 4pm. Pool party.

Hey. I ran 18 miles in some beautiful running weather...sunny and 40 with no wind. Avg pace of 7:02 and now I am tired. I need to poop and then go get two propane tanks filled but I am sitting on the couch with my legs extended and a cat by my feet and I don't want to move.

It was nice when we arrived. then the wind and rain hit while we were on the water. It kicked up quite a chop. Anyways we had fun attempting to catch fish. My feet are still numb even though I had fleece pants and wool socks under my waders. My face is wind burnt too
