I'm not exactly sure of the year, if it is '00 or '01, or maybe even older, but can the travel be coverted from 130mm to 100mm?

'Spacer?' Is this included with the fork? As in, 'inside' the fork?

I am interested in purchasing this fork new, and would like to know ahead of time what I need to change the travel.
