I'm considering getting one. I had a steel frame xc bike years ago and liked it, traded it in on an aluminum HT. That bike rode harshly imo, so I got rid of it. I've got a full susp. xc bike now, but sometimes I'd prefer to ride a steel HT also. The Lava Dome retails for 650 bucks, which is the most I can spend. Anybody riding one? Let me know if you like it, or if anybody else has other recommendations, let me know also. Thanks and Happy Trails...
