Been looking around for some setup tips/recommendatoins for my hollowpoint and most places suggest hcor.net but htere new forum dont' have the details anymore so at 160lb what spv valve pressure(swinger 3way) should I be running? I know main chamber should be setup so I get 1/4-3/8 sag but not sure. What settings are anybody else around this weight using in there shock?

check the ironhorse and manitou sites for setup guides. I don't ride that bike, but it seems like most sites have setup guides for their bikes. As a last ditch effort, check the owner's manual for the bike and/or shock.

I ride a hollowpoint as well. The general concensus is to run the rear SPV at the minimum setting. The DW link suspension does such an awesome job at cencelling pedaling bob that there is almost no need for any type of SPV.
