a friend calls and ask what i think of this bullit frame on ebay. now, you tell me, but first of all i thought that they just brought the bullit back in 07, second the swing arm looks to be the old style, and third if thats true is it possible to have a 1.5 head tube, or did they always have a 1.5. i can't tell for sure from the pics.

thats a 1 1/8 headset, looking at that shock makes me think 2005 or earlier they started making them again in 2007 and the only way someone would have a 2006 would be if they rode for the factory.

That's an '05, if not '04. There was no '06 and the Bullit has never had a 1.5 head tube.

I agree but I do remember seeing some pics of bullits with 1.5 heads...but it may have just been proto stuff...D

The old frame style? The new one is sexy for sure, but my '03 was awesome. One of my all time favorite bikes and I had it spec'ed perfect too.

Thats an 04 frame, one that still used the 5th. You will also notice the dropouts are NOT replaceable on the 04, neither is the hanger, The guy copied the word for word description from the SC website desribing teh New bullit, I would be a little leary buying from someone who doesnt know what there selling.

Oh personally, the bullit was/is a great bike, tough as hell and simple to work on. And yes the one sted is 1 1/8 steerer

2007 Bullits have a 1.5 headtube. Earlier frames had 1.125 inch. There were no Bullits produced for two years (which includes 2006).
