To answer your qusetion this is straight from DW himself:
The F7 links are made from 7075 T6, include upper and lower links, lower screw-in pivot hardware, new MAX-E extended inner race bearings that IH developed with Enduro (no more bearing spacers on the bike), and 10-MIL 10mm shock hardware. They retrofit to all year Sundays, and I am pretty sure that IH will have an upgrade kit for sale, but you need to check with IH on that, I am not really sure.
