I recently purchased a 08 4X WC Fork and have set the air pressures to the recommendation of Marzocchi(20psi both sides). The problem i am having is that the fork rebounds way too quick and tops out with a bang. I wanted to know if anyone had a suggestion for this issue? Thanks in advance.

try adjust the rebound to a slower setting. I'm not familiar with the newer RC3 cartridges, but if it's anopen bath fork try play with oil level and weight. Marzocchi is known to ship with oil level that's way short of what's needed. if that doesn't work then the thing may need repair.

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried the rebound and it worked. I had to wind it in 8 clicks! I did not think it would need that much, but it did. Thanks again:biggrin:

no problem. The Marzocchis' rebound knobs/screws have a surprisingly large tuning range. On my Z1 RC2 3 clicks make a huge difference.
