Yeah, that is the 09. It's so light it floats, see the picture...

Usual minor damping changes that Fox does every year. Propedal lever moves 90 degrees instead of 180 degrees. I think the moved the angle of the main air valve slightly as well... but it's basically the same shock as the '08 no major changes.

according to fox (i have an 08 and have had some issues so i spent much time on the phone w/ them), they changed the compression curve so it doesnt wallow in the middle range of the travel (we'll see if there is actually an improvement tho)
