iv got a 2006 7point5 w a 2006 boxxer ride and im SICK of how steep and low the front is

and im looking at buying a travis 180mm single crown, would it be too high?????irate2:

It's only 7mm taller than a Rock Shox Totem that is spec'd on the 2007 7point7. Should be fine.

That was my bike!

That fork transformed the handling of the bike of the Sherman that I had fitted. That was a REALLY nice fork too as it had been worked on by the factory and had the TPC cartridge in it. It actually rode really similar to the Totem Coil that I have now. Anyway having the longer fork really helps the 7 Point handling wise, slacking out the front end just enough to make it nice an stable at speed and keeping your weight back on the steep stuff.

Yep that's right. I also started with a 7" Ride and found it much too steep. Even with a 66, it still felt a little nervous during fast DHs. So I changed the shock and made it perfect:
