On May 14th 2005, Deep in the Pisgah National Forest near Asheville, NC, 50 teams of two riders will race to reach 4 of 5 checkpoints, in any order, and return to the start/finish. There is no suggested route. Routes will vary from 50-70 miles, will include 9000-15000 feet of climbing, and should take 6-12 hours to complete.
