I need a tire that will take some abuse. They will see 10% gravel roads and the rest paved roads. Im looking for something in a 23. Any ideas?

They're pricey, but Fortezza Pro Tri Comps will do it and ride well to boot.

The Serfas Seca RS would do pretty well. It's a training tire, but our team races on them. They hook up well, wear well, and are cheap, to boot.

Armadillos, either the regular tire or the Elites, which are a lot lighter.

ive had good luck with the michilen carbon training tire. used to ride dirt roads with it all the time.

Good point. I have the old Krylons on now and they ride pretty well and seem tough.
