Weather was really nice yesterday so I maned up and did two hours today. Turned into a really good ride and only my feet got cold at the end. Hope I can motivate the rest of you to get out.

When I first read 32 F I was thinking "what does that convert to in Fahrenheit?" Doh!
I did a big group ride down in the OC today; well, actually, a group race. I haven't seen my heart rate higher than 193 bpm in the last few years and today mine hit 196.
Started a little chilly but the arm warmers came off not long into the ride.
The high today is supposed to be 75 F. Not much motivation is necessary

. Only managed a little over an hour but first road ride of 2010 & it wasn't another day on the trainer so I count that as a win.
15 that is brutal. Makes 32 seem like summer.
