About a month ago I got my 5th-element shock rebuilt and serviced at a bike shop. It worked like a dream after. The other day I noticed there was alot of dirt on it, and when I wiped it off I noticed it wasn't just dirt, it was oil, and not just a little bit, it was a considerable amount on the spring, reservoir etc. It still works, not sure if it works as good as before though... Anyhow is it worth rebuilding it again or should I ride it for a while longer and see if it gets worse? It hasn't been used alot since the rebuild, got maybe an hour or two worth of downhilling on it since rebuild.

When they rebuilt it, did they bleed/fill the shock in a submersion bath? If they do, the shock will have a layer of oil on the outside of it that will collect dirt and such for a while afterwards. Wipe it down as best you can, and see if more oil shows up. If there's no performance differences, then its probably not leaking.
