No fun car for you then? Or are you trading in the Yota?going to try and make a deal on a subaru today. FYI, there are only 19 cupholders in the new ascent. This is a disappointment @jonKranked. I can't drink and drive since I don't live in the south, so I will have to fill them just with bars of soap, since it tastes the same.

Fuck alcohol. I'm trying to be done drinking entirely. I can't even enjoy a few beers any more.
Did not hit bottle. Did sleep.
Rough conversation with BroDozer brother neighbor. Other BroDozer brother and another family member were killed in an accident friday. Sister and mom in hospital. Hard to believe that's the same truck that used to sit on the street outside.
My neighbor across the street growing up lost their 19 year old son basically the same way 4 or 5 years ago. Blows my mind that people still don't wear seatbelts.Fuck alcohol. I'm trying to be done drinking entirely. I can't even enjoy a few beers any more.
Young woman on one of my projects killed in a crash late Sat. night. Single vehicle, roll over, no seat belt, ejected and killed. 30 years old mother with two young kids at home.
Good morning everybody. Please don't drink and drive this week. Just, don't.
This sounds like an opportunity to have a REAL good time. Have you considered, instead of the regular T-giving fare... haggis as the main dish? If not - you should.<snip>
MIL is on the shit list; we offered to cook Thanksgiving dinner and she last minute decided we needed to double it. Kill List for her.
You're looking at buying a 1st-year model *Subaru*?!? JHFC, man - just get the M6. It'll probably be less troublesome.going to try and make a deal on a subaru today.
How old are you, Old Man? The human back is such an awfully designed contraption.threw my back on my first fatbike ride of the season. Think the bike gods are sending me a message. Not approaching an e-bike soon...
I've gotten to the point I just turn those meetings down any more. Ain't nobody got time for that sort of shit. Some people just insist on meetings even though a friggin 10 minute conversation would suffice. Goddamn work.
i've ridden maybe twice in the last 2 months. i am effing dying.Hoping for my first ride in what seems like forever today. One of my two trail dogs hurt her shoulder and I feel so extremely guilty leaving her at home. There is NO way to get out of the house without her knowing. They literally wake up knowing that I am planning a ride...
I had *ONE* beer Sunday night and it ruined the entire night for me.Fuck alcohol. I'm trying to be done drinking entirely. I can't even enjoy a few beers any more.
Is it the new model crosstrek? You're looking at buying a 1st-year model *Subaru*?!? JHFC, man - just get the M6. It'll probably be less troublesome.
Fucking Western Slope has apparently been PRIMO for more than a month now... and the mountains are covered in snow, so the skiing is apparently good.i've ridden maybe twice in the last 2 months. i am effing dying.
my wife and i wanted (still want) an ascent, but they weren't on the market yet when we had to replace her outback from the accident.
NEVER get a first year model of anything.my wife and i wanted (still want) an ascent, but they weren't on the market yet when we had to replace her outback from the accident.
my impreza was the first year of the major redesign in 2012.NEVER get a first year model of anything.
Example: new Jeep recall.NEVER get a first year model of anything.
I'm 30-18. never had my lower back go like this. How old are you, Old Man? The human back is such an awfully designed contraption.
Well - look on the bright side:I'm 30-18. never had my lower back go like this.
i had a double herniation L4-S1 when i was 32. shit hasn't been the same since.I'm 30-18. never had my lower back go like this.
I do man yoga.i had a double herniation L4-S1 when i was 32. shit hasn't been the same since.
pro tip: once the pain subsides starting doing yoga.
i'm on a permanent yoga routine since the herniation. its either that or crippling back pain. your choice.I do man yoga.
When I'm hurt.
As soon as I feel better I stop.
I'd figured I would do Yoga on a permanent basis right after my first prostate check.
Also - get used to 85% being the new 100%.I do man yoga.

Saw a report from yesterday that Dakota is in good shape, and have a buddy who rode NTM yesterday who said it was good except the top of Cottonwood was a bit muddy. YMMV.Haven't ridden in over a week. I shall try and rectify that today if I can work out where isn't covered in ice.
Mountains are due to get a couple of feet of white stuff in the next few days. That should keep the plank riders happy.
I've got a bit of a herniation in L5, and find that regular chiropractor visits help. Also stretching and hydration. Yoga should be part of my program...i had a double herniation L4-S1 when i was 32. shit hasn't been the same since.

Seems I'm not as fucked as you guys. First back episode for me. Just a bad move to avoid a shitty fall. Also - get used to 85% being the new 100%.
L4/5 herniation + surgery in 2012.
Your Volvo is now... 6 months old?I bought a first model year Volvo (and, no, the registration issues weren't the car's fault) and a second model year plug-in hybrid FCA. The vehicles have worked out ok, go figure
chiropractor didn't do much for me. YMMV.I've got a bit of a herniation in L5, and find that regular chiropractor visits help. Also stretching and hydration. Yoga should be part of my program...
