I have this Tubolight thingy and I like it quite a bit more than CushCore, it's lighter and more supportive.

They say that air travel between the outer chamber to the inner one thrgho holes that get smaller and smaller to speed up in and slow out.
I cant see any holes in the pics on the site.
Or maybe I understood wrong?...
