In the market for a bike. I have about 1600 to spend. I want something that is fairly versatile. can handle trails/urban/dj. I was looking at a 09 norco rampage, santa cruz jackal/chameleon, and 2011 stp. any other opinions? I really would like a transition bank, but a full setup is like 2400$

The Chameleon would be a good call. If you're willing to piece something together, you can get a Ragley frame very cheap and build it, as another option.

I like that NS Surge. now only if it was in stock at chainreaction. womp...womp. Im about to purchase a 2010 parker 1. So, this frame will be my huck around the streets and some trail/dj riding.
