I have not ridden my bike ALL spring..............!!!!!
I have gotten realy out of shape and decided to do 10 miles a day.
The first week just around the house, and then the following week some more technical stuff.............
To me it's a plan.......
Any ideas to add to this?
My diet is not bad, but I need to burn fat.....................
