Any PT's hanging in these trees???

Anyone know how to tell the difference between Tendonitis and a pulled muscle. My right arm has started to hurt at the elbow and it feels like it starts above the elbow and wraps around it to several inches below the elbow. Makes my forearm feel stiff and my hand even starts to feel funny after being on the computer for a while and I can't pick anything up with my right hand that weighs over about a pound without it hurting and feeling like I'm going to drop the item. I think I possibly got the injury from doing dumbell flys with too much weight.

Any ideas on what it may be and what kind of therapy to apply? Any kind of braces/wraps that would help support it? Rest isn't an option until next week. Have a DH race this weekend.
